Great return from Kyle Legault on his return!!

KYLE Legault made a stunning return from injury as Sheffield Pirtek Tigers brushed aside Edinburgh 61-31 at Owlerton on Thursday night. Legault, who missed last week's meetings with Redcar, dropped just one-point from his four outings - and skipper Andre Compton was again at his immaculate best as he went five races unbeaten. The meeting was delayed 45-minutes thanks to a massive downpour leading up to start time - but it was worth the wait for Sheffield supporters. Reg Wilson's men produced a powerful display which included Ben Wilson recovering from a third place in his opening ride to reel off four straight wins. Any concerns about track conditions were brushed aside from the moment Ricky Ashworth worked hard to pass Theo Pijper in the opening race - and visiting reserve Derek Sneddon looked at home with his impressive win in the next heat. Compton completed his maximum by teaming up with Wilson in the last outing as Sheffield secured all three-points for their efforts. TIGERS: Andre Compton 14+1, Ben Wilson 13, Emiliano Sanchez 10, Kyle Legault 9+2, Ricky Ashworth 8+2, Paul Cooper 4+1, Benji Compton 3+1. EDINBURGH: Matthew Wethers 10+1, Derek Sneddon 8+1, Henrik Moller 5, Theo Pijper 4, Danielle Tessari 2, William Lawson 2, Sean Stoddart 0.
