Latest update on "Cowboy" John Cook!!

You will be pleased to hear that Cooky is now doing very well. He had the rods removed from his back a couple of months ago and it marked a turningpoint. The pain has gone down to almost nothing, and the movement in his back is recovering well. The main problem now is intestinal and he is living with that by sensible eating, not always easy. He appreciates everyone's concern and is grateful to the many people who have helped out.
