The Welland speedway national. 21st July 2007

Once again I am offering $100.00 to the first, out of Ontario riders who, 1, mail me, 2, sign up for and 3, ride the Welland speedway national on 21 st July 2007. This money is on top of any prize money and is not offered by the welland county motorcycle club. It is an incentive bonus. I need rider bios/pic, up to date please for all who wish to ride this event.
