Kyle Legaults' first meeting for new club today!!

With the threat of heavy rain dimminished and water cleared from the Perry bar, Birmingham, track the Alan Hunt memorial event, season opener is set to go at 6pm local time (1pm e.s.t)
The event has attracted the attention of 4 times world champion, and ex Brummie, Hans Nielsen. Hans will attend but has said in the past that he will never ride a speedway bike again.
Also riding with Kyle Legault will be Welland favourite, Californian, Shawn (mad dog) McConnell. Shawn has already said he will be back at Welland for the Canadian speedway national on the 19th July 2008. Also the name of ex-world champion Billy (The bullet) Hamill has also been linked to the event at Welland.
Adding to the hi-calibre field, at Perry bar, will be several Grand prix riders including Ipswich rider Steve Johnston.
