Orosz brings the heat!!

A hot night made for some super fast, super smooth racing from a 15 rider showing at Welland county motorcycle clubs', Niagara motorcycle raceway. The second event in the 2006 calender began with a dusty track that needed the attention of Len Dillon who turned things around and gave the riders a very raceable surface. Throwing off the cobwebs and mothballs, the 700 plus crowd was treated to a return to the track by local veteran "Hotdog" Freddie Legault. Fresh back from his most recent trip to the U.K to see his son Kyle race,Freddie powered his way to race wins in both his heat and his semi which gave him gate choice for the final. On his way to the line, however, he shed his primary chain and on borowed equipment was never going to reproduce the same performance in the main. Arron Hesmer, Mikey Buman, John Kehoe and Jeff Orosz joined him in the high-lite race of the night. Orosz lead from the gate with Hesmer in hot pursuit and Kehoe third. For four laps jeff could hear the Hesmer machine behind him but made no mistakes. Kehoe on the other hand was under even more presure from Mikey Buman and succumbed on lap 3 as Buman went under him . Orosz,Hesmer,Buman,Kehoe and Legault was the final result.
An ever improving Deanna Holden dominated the d 2 heats by winning both in comfort, but Bart Moskala found new determination and picked the d 2 final to find his Welland mojo and really got it on!! Moskalla from Holden, Murray, Bennett and Chisholm was the result.
